Occasionally when I pick up the boys for the weekend, I drive up the night before and stay at a rundown Super 8 in Monticello.

It was all booked up tonight so I got a room at some place across the river. It seemed empty when I got in around 10pm and I was really caught off guard. Don't know if I've ever been so charmed by a hotel.
